Shipping

We ship FedEx whenever possible.

Drop ship items, such as saddles, are shipped directly from the manufacturer and therefore may take longer than normal to ship and have independent return policies. 

Please note that shipping costs also includes packaging needed to get your things mailed to you: i.e. envelopes, packaging materials, postage, etc. These come to you at our cost

Returns and Exchanges

In store purchases:  returns are accepted for store credit or product exchange.

Items must be in new un-used condition with original packaging and tags attached.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Helmets, bits and custom or pre-order items.

Other returns:
Digital orders and custom/pre-orders, request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
Shipped items, contact me within 3 days of delivery.  Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographs!
Ship items back within 10 days of delivery.  
Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds only extend to purchase price, not original shipping charge.  

Drop shipped returns:
Our return policy does not include Drop Shipped items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product warranty.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom/pre-order or personalized items.  (to qualify, damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographs!)  Also not eligible for return or exchange:  Helmets, bits and custom or pre-order items.

Do you offer saddle fitting?
YES......we offer digital saddle fittings!  Learn More.  Jeanne is currently taking saddle fitting courses by the top qualified fitter with the Society of Master Saddlers in the UK.  While Jeanne can NOT work on your saddle (not a leather worker!)  she can confidently assist you, your horse and your saddle fitting assessment in adjustable English saddles. She has many years of experience with the fit and function of the HART adjustable saddles, CAIR panels and riser system as well as comfort corrective saddle pads.

How do I apply my decal?
Detailed instructions for application are shipped with each order.
Follow these directions! We do not replace items that did not stick when you did not follow our directions. If the product is defective we will replace at our expense.
